| Reservation Policy: | |
| A deposit of 1/2 of the full rate is required for reservation. The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 service charge, if the reservation is canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 21 days before arrival, the initial deposit will not be returned, unless the cottage is subsequently rented for that week. Consideration given for true medical or family emergencies. You may also retain your deposit, minus the $50 service charge, if you change your reservation to a different week in the same calendar year. Weekly rentals are preferred in summer months. |
